The YWCA of Canberra is a non-profit, community based organisation working and advocating for social justice within a feminist framework.
The YWCA of Canberra has been providing community services and representing women’s issues in the Canberra community since 1929. Our vision is Women Achieving their Potential.
YWCA of Canberra currently works with approximately 4,500 Canberrans through the delivery of 28 community programs, across 20 physical locations, in the areas of children’s services, community development, housing, youth services, personal and professional training, and women’s leadership.
