Building programs for the community 

YWCA Hunter Region has been active in the community providing programs to women in the Newcastle and surrounding areas since 1921.

YWCA Hunter Region offers a range of programs and facilities to the community.

These include Pre School programs, Vacation Care (school ages holiday programs), YWCA Encore (after breast cancer exercise program), 'inspire' Young Mother's Mentoring Program, Student Accommodation and Community Hall Hire.

YWCA Hunter Region endeavours to place value on all women and nurture their strength and potential as individuals within the community.
