YWCA Victoria's Body Guardians: Parenting for positive body image seminar

Our children are constantly being bombarded with body image messages from toys like Bratz Dolls and Barbies, and magazines like Dolly and Cleo.

YWCA Victoria, together with the Women's' Information Referral Service (WIRE), hosted a seminar exploring practical tips for parenting for positive body image in the face of commercial products and media that make people criticise their bodies.
