SHE Leads Program

At YWCA Australia, we believe women deserve the opportunity to become leaders in business.

It was with this belief that we created SHE Leads®, a seven month program providing practical and reflective leadership development with immediate application in professional and personal life based in Adelaide. 

Throughout the program, you can apply the skills and knowledge you learn to the workplace, accelerating career progression by strengthening skills, networks and confidence.

Applications to participate are open until the 5th of July, with the program starting on Saturday, 6th of July.
