This will ensure we continue to deliver measurable and meaningful impact towards a future where gender equality is a reality.ABOUT THE ROLEYWCA Australia is currently seeking a dedicated Accommodation Worker to join our Medical Accommodation team in our Darwin location.In this role you will provide non-medical accommodation assistance to guests accessing hospital treatment from rural and remote areas, specifically you will:Check guests in and out of their accommodation and complete invoicing of guest chargesAppropriately store, rotate, and maintain the quality of stock itemsComply with infection control policies and procedures in accordance with current infection control guidelinesAssist with housekeeping duties as requiredThis role is offered on a casual basis, ideally covering overnight shifts on Saturday and Wednesday as well as ad-hoc relief work.ABOUT YOUThe ideal applicant will have:Ability to operate a computerised reservation systemExperience prioritising workloadsAbility to work shift work including nights, weekends and public holidaysA professional and friendly manner with guests and colleaguesConfidence to work solo, or as part of a teamThis position will require the applicant to satisfactorily meet our pre-employment requirements.
