This will ensure we continue to deliver measurable and meaningful impact towards a future where gender equality is a reality.ABOUT THIS ROLEYWCA Australia is currently seeking a dedicated Community Housing Officer to join our Housing Team in our Melbourne office. This is a full time ongoing role.The role is essential in ensuring sustainable tenancies by:Maintaining tenancy databasesArrange, record and report on maintenance issuesAttend to all tenancy actions as required under the Victorian RTA ABOUT YOUThe ideal applicant will have:Experience in the community housing sectorAn understanding of the Victorian Residential Tenancies ActAn awareness and sensitivity to homelessness issuesAbility to maintain and manage tenancy data on various databasesThis position will require the applicant to satisfactorily meet our pre-employment requirements.  This includes:Completion of a national criminal history checkA valid relevant state-based working with children permit.Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination, which includes Government recommended boosters.Join our bold, inclusive and innovative team to make a real difference - lead the change.  APPLICATIONS CLOSE: 1 September 2022Position Description 35 AUD Melbourne 3000
