ABOUT THIS ROLEYWCA Australia is currently seeking two enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendants to join our Song Hotel Team. These roles are offered on a casual basis and are based at Song Hotel Sydney.Our Food & Beverage Attendant’s provide professional and personal service to all hotel guests, visitors and staff members visiting Song Kitchen, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction whilst adhering to Song Hotel and YWCA values and standards. ABOUT YOUThe ideal applicant we are seeking will have:1-2 years’ experience in food / beverage / conferencing environmentBarista experience desirableA current RSA certificate or competency card desirableAbility to communicate and take instruction efficientlyCommitment in providing excellent customer service at all timesDemonstrated adherence to safe food handling & hygiene practicesFit for physical dutiesProfessional, polite and friendly attitudeGood team player; contributes to and assists co-workers without being asked.Handles tasks carefully and correctly â is thorough and exact in details.Results oriented with the ability to work under pressureStrong supporter of Women’s Rights and willing to push the boundaries.Team player who is approachable with strong interpersonal and listening skills together with the ability to empower.Results focused, self-motivated and a self-starter who goes above and beyond.Doesn’t settle, strives for continues improvement and has a high level of integrity.This position will require the applicant to satisfactorily complete a national criminal history record check and hold the relevant state-based working with vulnerable persons permit prior to employment Join our bold, inclusive and innovative team to make a real difference - lead the change.
