This will ensure we continue to deliver measurable and meaningful impact towards a future where gender equality is a reality.ABOUT THIS ROLEYWCA Australia is currently seeking a dedicated Fundraising Manager to join our Communications Team. This role is offered on a maximum term full time contract ending on 30 June 2024 and can be based anywhere in Australia.  This role has the opportunity to be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Toowoomba, Adelaide or Darwin with flexibility to work from home.The Fundraising Manager will lead activities to generate fundraising revenue to support the vision and purpose of YWCA Australia. Key areas of responsibility for this role are to play a key leadership role in the delivery of our fundraising objectives, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement a national plan for fundraising that engages corporate partners, donors, members, and supporters and ultimately increases their financial contribution and commitment towards our work. ABOUT YOUThe ideal applicant we are seeking will have:Demonstrated success in achieving financial targets for fundraisingExceptional written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent project management and organisational skillsProven critical thinking, problem solving, analytical and decision-making skillsResults focused, self-motivated and a self-starter who goes above and beyondRelevant tertiary qualifications such as marketingExperience working in, and/or understanding of, feminism and gender equalityDemonstrated positive attitude with ability to adapt to changing priorities This position will require the applicant to satisfactorily meet our pre-employment requirements.  This includes:Completion of a national criminal history checkA valid relevant state-based working with children permit.Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination, which includes Government recommended boosters. Join our bold, inclusive and innovative team to make a real difference - lead the change.
