We aim to positively impact the lives of more than two million women, young women and girls by the end of 2023.ABOUT THIS ROLEYWCA Australia is currently seeking a dedicated Manager, Grants and Tenders, to join our Service Delivery Team. This role is offered on a full time basis and can be based in any of our office locations. The Manager, Grants and Tenders is a key role in the organisation responsible for identifying funding opportunities across the government, corporate, philanthropic and partnerships sectors and coordinating responses and monitoring outcomes for YWCA throughout Australia. The Manager, Grants and Tenders will bring strategic thought and progressive attitudes to ensure funding opportunities align to YWCA Australia’s strategic direction and ensure the growth of the organisation throughout Australia. Funding development includes grants, tenders, foundations, partnerships and other revenue raising opportunities as allocated.ABOUT YOUThe ideal applicant we are seeking will have:Minimum 5 years work experience in a similar roleProven track record in successful outcomes for funding applicationsProven experience in maintaining funding pipelines and working across geographically dispersed teams on funding applicationsSuccessful track record in maintaining funding compliance and outputsProven experience of developing successful funding applications and value ad partnerships.Excellent writing skills with a proven ability to write for an audienceMarket reputation for ‘making things happen’, operating at pace and delivering outputsHigh level of IT literacyStrong supporter of Women’s Rights and willing to push the boundariesTeam player who is approachable with strong interpersonal & listening skills together with the ability to empowerResults focused, self-motivated and a self-starter who goes above and beyondDoesn’t settle, strives for continues improvementHigh level of integrityThis position will require the applicant to satisfactorily complete a national criminal history record check and hold the relevant state based working with vulnerable persons permit prior to employment. INTERESTED?
