This is a full time ongoing role.The role is responsible for providing maintenance support to the Community Housing Officer’s by:Ensuring that all properties are well maintainedResponding to maintenance requests within RTA required time framesMaintaining data systems and financial records ABOUT YOUThe ideal applicant will have:Experience in the community housing sector or property related industryUnderstanding of maintenance services and applicable tradesExperience in estimation of costs for property maintenance servicesAn awareness and sensitivity to homelessness issues This position will require the applicant to satisfactorily meet our pre-employment requirements.
