ABOUT THIS ROLEYWCA Australia is currently seeking an organised Regional Administration Officer to join our Community Housing Team in our Melbourne office, on a full time basis.The role is responsible for the operation of the Melbourne office including:providing high quality administration, including organisational processes, procedures and financial administrationproviding administrative support to the Housing team, programs, and events ABOUT YOUThe ideal applicant will have:Qualifications and /or demonstrated knowledge and experience in office operations management and supportExperience in the community housing sectorAn awareness, understanding, and sensitivity to homelessness issues and the ability and experience to communicate with a diversity of people from various cultures.Understanding of office accounting and financial proceduresHigh level of computer literacy including Outlook, word processing, spread sheets and databases This position will require the applicant to satisfactorily meet our pre-employment requirements.
