This is a part time (30 hours per week) role.The role is responsible for providing high quality administration of the Goonellabah office including:organisational processes and proceduresfinancial administrationoperation of the facility in Goonellabahproviding administrative support to the organisation’s service users, programs, events and the Regional Manager. ABOUT YOUThe ideal applicant will have:Qualifications and/or demonstrated knowledge and experience in office operations management and supportHigh level understanding of office accounting and financial proceduresHigh level computer literacy including Outlook, word processing, excel spreadsheets and databasesDemonstrated, strong understanding of the nature of community services work and the challenged faced by disadvantaged and Indigenous families and individualsHold a valid First Aid and CPR certificate, or have the ability to obtain This position will require the applicant to satisfactorily meet our pre-employment requirements.  This includes:Completion of a national criminal history checkA valid relevant state-based working with children permit.Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination, which includes Government recommended boosters. Don’t meet every single requirement?
