This role is offered on a full-time basis and is based in our Winnellie office.The primary purpose of this role is to be responsible for ensuring the delivery, growth and development of quality community programs, whilst leading and developing competent, efficient and engaged team members.The Regional Manager is responsible for planning and managing all aspects of YWCA programs and services within the Darwin region, in accordance with agreed strategy and operational plan.ABOUT YOUThe ideal applicant we are seeking will have:Demonstrated experience and strong skills in team management, including  employee supervision and performance evaluation An ability to think strategically, solve problems effectively and meet deadlinesLeadership experience and a demonstrated ability in conflict resolutionSound understanding of program design, implementation, management and evaluationExcellent project management skills and experience in financial, human resource, administration and program managementExperience in the preparation and monitoring of multiple project budgetsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamProven experience in building and maintaining relationships with relevant agencies and the community to achieve better outcomes for women, young women and girlsValid NT Ochre Card and NT Drivers Licence.This position will require the applicant to satisfactorily complete a national criminal history record check and hold the relevant state-based working with vulnerable persons permit prior to employment. INTERESTED?
