What Encore participants say about the program

I would highly recommend this program. The exercise sessions were great & I found them very helpful. This program was very good in every way – from the information sessions to the exercise program. There was a lot of laughs involved as well and it was great interacting with others.

My depression and anxiety have lifted a lot. I have been happier & feeling a lot stronger since doing this programme. The facilitators were very empathetic and lovely to us.

A very worthwhile program for anyone who has or is going through breast cancer. I love that the benefits of exercise are highlighted, but it also expands everyone’s knowledge on many other areas including nutrition, support services and makes you aware that you are not alone.
