Positive Peers

Positive Peers is a targeted program for students in years 5 and 6 who are at risk of becoming disengaged with their learning.

Positive Peers workshops focus on the social skills, behaviour management, anxiety and learning difficulties of students through evidence-based programs. Each workshop incorporates the FRIENDS for Life program, based around resilience and mental health, and the Second Step program that aims to decrease problem behaviours by promoting social-emotional competence and self-regulation.

As well as these two programs, Positive Peers also helps students transitioning into high school.
