  • Hybrid: Office + work from home + occasional travel
  • Contract: Full-Time Ongoing
  • Salary: Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 Level 3 from $38.65 per hour + Super

About the team

Our Housing Services and Systems Team provides high quality administrative and systems support, playing a crucial role in sustaining successful tenancies and ensuring smooth housing operations.

About the role

As the Housing Services and Systems Administrator, you’ll play a key role in housing operations by providing high-quality systems and administrative support, including managing processes and procedures, referrals and allocations, and system administration

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Resident Management: Managing referrals, assessments, allocations, and property condition records.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Administration: Overseeing program administration, reporting, and policy updates.
  • Systems Improvement: Supporting the development of housing systems and procedures.
  • Team Support: Coaching team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

About You

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Proven experience in office management, admin support, and basic financial procedures.
  • Technology proficient in the use of Property, Housing or Tenancy Management systems, Dynamics 365 or other similar CRM systems is desirable
  • Awareness of homelessness issues and ability to engage with diverse communities.
  • Holds a valid Driver’s Licence and Working with Children/Vulnerable People Check and complies with Multi Agency Risk Assessment and Management (MARAM) Framework
