About the team
Our Housing Operations Team is the frontline of YWCA Australia and YWCA Housing, playing a key role in supporting residents and sustaining tenancies. Through efficient administration and proactive engagement, the team helps ensure residents maintain stable, secure housing.
About the role
As a Community Housing Officer, you’ll play a key role in maintaining tenancy systems, supporting residents through regular visits and advice, and managing tenancy and maintenance issues in line with the Residential Tenancies Act—all within a collaborative team environment.
