MORNINGTON PENINSULA, VIC

Our upcoming social housing development in the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria:

  • will deliver four 1-bedroom and six 2-bedroom homes
  • has a total value of $5.5m
  • is being made in partnership with Fontic Group and Simonds Homes
  • is due for completion in March 2027

YWCA Australia is developing these homes through the provision and lease of council own land (valued at more than $3M), and state government funding.

The housing and development component is funded by Homes Victoria under the Victorian Government’s $6.3B Big Housing Build and Regional Housing Fund.

YWCA Australia have partnered with The Mornington Peninsula Shire and Women’s Property Initiatives (WPI) to deliver 17 dwellings in Mornington and Hastings for essential social housing for women and children.
