About the team
The Homelessness Services team provides holistic case management to individuals and families across the Sydney region who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness. Through strong partnerships with local agencies, the team works to stabilise tenancies and connect clients with safe, affordable, and sustainable housing solutions.
