  • Location: National/flexible
  • Type: Hybrid (Sydney, Melbourne & Darwin) and/or Remote / Work from Home
  • Salary: $85,000 to $89,000 per annum (1 FTE) + Super
  • Contract: Part Time (0.6 FTE) Ongoing
  • Hours: 22.8 hours a week with a flexible work pattern available
  • Benefits: Salary packaging up to $18,550

About the team

The Quality and Compliance team plays a vital role in driving continuous improvement, ensuring organisational accountability, and supporting best practice. The small team works collaboratively across the organisation to embed quality systems, uphold compliance standards, and deliver meaningful outcomes.

About the role

As a Quality and Compliance Officer, you will help ensure our policies and procedures comply with relevant standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.

In this role, you will:

  • Streamline internal audit processes.
  • Shape and improve policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
  • Drive change through stakeholder engagement and training.
  • Strengthen business continuity and complaints management.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Quality Improvement, or a related discipline (post-grad highly regarded).
  • Proven experience in policy review, internal audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of quality and compliance principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and tailor messaging.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and resilient, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
