We are delighted to invite members and supporters to attend YWCA Australia’s virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held at 5:00 PM AEDT on Thursday 20 November 2025 via Zoom. The AGM will be held in a private environment on Zoom. Those wishing to attend can register via the button to the right.
Registrations close at 4:00 PM (AEDT) on Thursday 20 November 2025. Registered attendees will receive a link to access the meeting prior to the AGM.

We offer eligible Members the opportunity to vote directly online through the Election Buddy platform. If you have a valid email address on your membership file, you will have received an email with your voting information. If you have not received this email or would like to vote offline, please email Hannah Murray, the Company Secretary, at companysec@ywca.org.au.

In order to receive the link to attend the AGM via Zoom, attendees will need to register beforehand. Closed captions will be available for the duration of the AGM.
Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions of the Board, Executive and the Auditor at the AGM. We encourage attendees to submit their questions prior to the meeting by sending them to companysec@ywca.org.au.
If you are unable to attend the AGM, we offer regular opportunities for our Members to engage with the Y through our online member portal.
