Please note, as this is Affordable Housing, eligibility criteria apply. Use our basic eligibility checker to see if you might be eligible. If yes, you will need to submit a full application with proof of ID, income and assets.

To be eligible for Mickleham Affordable housing you must:

  • Be a woman-led household (A women-led household may include single women, single mothers, couples, families, and other household arrangements where women are the primary applicants)
  • Be currently employed
  • Be over 18
  • Be an Australia Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Be a Victorian Resident
  • Not own or part own property in Australia or Overseas
  • Have an appropriate household composition for the property, ie not under- or over-occupied.
  • Be earning within the annual gross income limits based on your household type as below.
Household Total income must be between
1 adult, 1 child $57,000 – $111,000
1 adult, 2 or more children $61,000 – $155,000
2 adults, no children $57,000 – $111,000
2 adults, 1 child $61,000 – $155,000
2 adults, 2 or more children $61,000 – $155,000
