To be eligible for St Albans Affordable housing you must:

  • Be a female-led household
  • Be currently employed
  • Be over 18
  • Be an Australia Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Be a Victorian Resident
  • Not own or part own property in Australia or Overseas
  • Be earning within the annual gross income limits based on your household type.
