This role is offered on a full time basis.The role is responsible for delivering a consistent quality product by:Providing exceptional food for serviceDirecting food preparation and collaborating with the Chef de CuisineOverseeing the preparation, cooking and presentation of mealsEnforcing strict health and hygiene standards in all food storage and preparation areasABOUT YOUThe ideal applicant will have:Experience in a similar roleDemonstrated ability to accept, learn and deal diplomatically with customer feedbackDinner, breakfast and catering experienceSolid and demonstrated knowledge and understanding of food, food safety and WH&S regulationsTeam player who is approachable with strong interpersonal and listening skills together with the ability to empowerThis position will require the applicant to satisfactorily meet our pre-employment requirements.
