Leaving a relationship after experiencing family and domestic violence is a costly exercise – especially with the current housing affordability crisis.

YWCA Australia’s family and domestic violence programs and services can help you find safety and support. This support can include:

  • Personalised support plans
  • Safety planning
  • Safety measures and security upgrades to homes so women, gender diverse people and their families can remain safe
  • Counselling
  • Referrals to other local support services, including crisis accommodation
  • Case management
  • Support with police and legal proceedings
