This is a permanent full time role.The role is essential in maintaining resident tenancies by:maintaining tenancy systemsundertaking data collectionproviding advice and information to residentsvisiting all residents on a quarterly basisreporting tenancy and maintenance issues ABOUT YOUThe ideal applicant will have:Experience in the community housing sector, or property related industry ensuring familiarity with tenancy management practices and procedures, RTA legislation, maintenance, tenancy agreements, budget and administrative processes in an office environmentA clear understanding of the Victorian Residential Tenancies ActAn awareness, understanding and sensitivity to homelessness issues and the ability and experience to communicate with a diversity of people from various cultures This position will require the applicant to satisfactorily meet our pre-employment requirements.
