We aim to positively impact the lives of more than two million women, young women and girls by the end of 2023.ABOUT THIS ROLEYWCA Australia is currently seeking a Digital Marketing and Data Volunteer to join our Communications Team, based in our South Melbourne office.The Digital Marketing and Data Volunteer will lend their expertise in helping YWCA Australia establish strong processes around digital marketing strategies including best practice high-performing Google Grant Adwords campaigns and compelling email campaigns which attract high open and click-through rates. This is a voluntary role, expected to average two to four hours a week for at least a six month commitment. ABOUT THIS ROLE

  • Review and analyse key performance data in Google Analytics and make recommendations for enhancing our website
  • Review and analyse key performance data in Mailchimp and make recommendations for improving our email campaigns
  • Develop internal procedural documentation on creating and managing Adwords accounts, and best practice recommendations for our website and email campaigns
  • Develop monthly reporting templates for Adwords, Analytics and Mailchimp
  • Other digital marketing and data analysis tasks as requested by the Senior Manager, Communications

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTITUDE

  • Demonstrated experience working in paid digital marketing with specific experience in Google Adwords and social media advertising
  • Demonstrated experience in website data analytics including Google Analytics and Mailchimp analytics
  • Desirable - professionally accredited as a 'Google Adwords / Analytics Qualified Individual'
  • Support and understanding of feminism and gender equality
