This role is offered on a full time basis and has the opportunity to be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Toowoomba or Adelaide.The People & Culture Coordinator plays a key role in administering YWCA Australia’s employment life-cycle processes to ensure a positive employee experience, including recruitment, onboarding, employment variations, learning and development and employee departures. Demonstrating a high level of competency in digital and systems processes, this role provides first level support to all YWCA employee enquiries and may work in conjunction with the People & Culture Partners on more complex matters. Working as an active member of the  team, the People & Culture Coordinator also contributes to project work within the department and within the wider organisation.ABOUT YOUThe ideal applicant we are seeking will have:Demonstrated expertise and high proficiency in people systems such as digital recruitment platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS) and payroll systemsHigh attention to detail and organisation skillsDemonstrated experience performing HR administrative functionsExceptional customer service skillsExperience in an operational HR generalist role preferredQualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline preferredDemonstrated alignment with YWCA's valuesA results orientation, be self-motivated who goes above and beyond.This position will require the applicant to satisfactorily complete a national criminal history record check and hold the relevant state based working with vulnerable persons permit prior to employment.Join our bold, inclusive and innovative team to make a real difference - lead the change! INTERESTED?
