This role is offered on a full time basis and has the opportunity to be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Toowoomba or Adelaide.The People & Culture Coordinator plays a key role in administering YWCA Australia’s employment life-cycle processes to ensure a positive employee experience, including recruitment, onboarding, employment variations, learning and development and employee departures. Demonstrating a high level of competency in digital and systems processes, this role provides first level support to all YWCA employee enquiries and may work in conjunction with the People & Culture Partners on more complex matters. ABOUT YOU
