This role is offered on a casual basis, to a maximum of 15 hours per week.The role is responsible for providing support to the Northern NSW team across services and programs by:Assisting to set up and support program delivery including program preparation, meals prep, transport and program deliver under supervisionSupporting the coordinator of programs and activities as requiredSupporting group participants to contribute meaningfully to program activities and provide support to achieve program outcomesAssisting with set up and closure of program sessions including transportation, purchasing, and catering and meal preparationABOUT YOUThe ideal applicant will have:Qualifications and/or demonstrated knowledge and experience in community services, early childhood education, youth work or community development and program supportStrong understanding of the nature of community services work and the challenges faced by disadvantaged and Indigenous families and individualsStrong administration skills, including experience using Microsoft Office suiteThis position will require the applicant to satisfactorily meet our pre-employment requirements.  This includes:Completion of a national criminal history checkA valid relevant state-based working with children permit.Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination, which includes Government recommended boosters.Don’t meet every single requirement?
