This is offered on a full time basis.The role is responsible for delivering high quality tenancy services including:maintaining tenancy systemsdata collection and analysis to ensure key KPI’s are metproviding advice and information to residentsguiding and mentoring of Community Housing Officersproviding support to the Team Leader ABOUT YOUThe ideal applicant will have:Minimum 3 years’ experience in the community housing sector, or property related industry ensuring familiarity with community housing practices and procedures.In depth knowledge and understanding of the Victorian Residential Tenancies Act.An awareness, understanding, and sensitivity to the needs of people who are in housing crisis, have disability, and diverse people from various cultures.Ability to maintain and manage tenancy data on various data bases - Chintaro and Excel. This position will require the applicant to satisfactorily meet our pre-employment requirements.  This includes:Completion of a national criminal history checkA valid relevant state-based working with children permit.Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination, which includes Government recommended boosters. Don’t meet every single requirement?
