YWCA Member Portal: Coming Soon

Membership has been a core part of the YWCA movement over our 140-year-plus history, and we are excited for this to continue into the future.

Under YeS 2026, we have reimagined our membership structure so our members can shape and support our social change agenda and help ensure women, gender diverse people and their families have safe, secure and affordable homes.

Over the last few months, we’ve been developing a new online Member Portal, which makes it easier for YWCA members to stay informed, get involved and make a difference. On the Member Portal, members can apply for exclusive member-only opportunities, participate in our advocacy campaigns and network with other like-minded members.

Member Communities

To coincide with the release of the platform, we’ll be launching two member communities – InterLYnked and Digital Activists.

Our Digital Activists want to engage with our advocacy work. They can contribute to our submissions, take action online and support our fundraising activities. On the platform we’ll provide this community with opportunities to build their advocacy capacity and skills, apply for the UN Commission on the Status of Women and YWCA World Council, and the opportunity to meet with board members twice a year.

Our InterLYnked Community love the social and professional opportunities the Y can offer. As a part of InterLYnked, you can connect with other members through our LinkedIn community and in person through our Local Connection Groups and support our fundraising activities.

We look forward to launching our new Member Portal and Member Communities later in the year. Keep your eyes pealed for updates soon.

YWCA Australia wishes to acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the lands on which we work, live and play and pay our respects to Elders past and present. We recognise First Nations people as the custodians of the lands, seas and skies, with more than 60,000 years of wisdom, connection and relationship in caring for Country.
